Safety Officer

About the role

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Study and strictly follow company rules, labor discipline, and safety regulations.
• Implement leadership directives on safe production and monitor compliance.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, identify hazards, and propose improvement plans.
• Support departments with safety education, technical training, and supervision of workshop safety levels.
• Manage safety, fire‑control, and protective equipment; recommend upgrades.
• Stop illegal or unsafe operations immediately and report to supervisors.
• Oversee environmental protection equipment, ensure proper operation, and maintain site cleanliness.
• Participate in accident investigations, perform statistical analysis, and report findings.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all safety execution documents.
• Promote effective safety management and contribute to safety‑culture initiatives.
• Supervise fire‑protection measures, electrical safety, access control, and fire‑drill organization.

Required profile
