Sales Advisor

About the role

The Sales Advisor will promote Vanguard Life Assurance’s insurance products to corporate clients and institutions across Accra and the Tema region. You will work closely with a sales team to deliver tailored solutions, build lasting relationships, and meet ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective corporate clients and institutions.
• Present and sell a range of insurance products and services.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations alongside the sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Record client interactions and sales activities accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support.
• Represent Vanguard Life Assurance professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum education: SHS Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player with a proactive, self‑motivated and target‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
