About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our shop in Accra. You will engage with customers, promote our electrical products, and help drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right electrical products and explain features, prices, and uses.
- Promote and market the shop’s products to attract new customers.
- Process sales and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain proper arrangement and display of products in the shop.
- Monitor stock levels and report items that need restocking.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Support other daily shop operations as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to persuade customers and achieve sales targets.
- Honest, hardworking, and customer‑oriented.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
