About the role
The company is seeking a female Sales Attendant to work in its retail outlet in the Dansoman Roundabout area. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and label goods on display shelves
- Assist customers in locating products and provide shopping advice
- Process customer payments at the checkout
- Address customer complaints and inquiries
- Clean and rearrange the store after hours
- Perform periodic price audits to resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager
Required profile
- Minimum of S.H.S education
- Knowledge in sales is a plus
- Good track record of performance and behavior
- Excellent communication skills
- Must reside around Kaneshie, Sakaman, Mataheko, Weija or Dansoman
