Sales Distributor

About the role

The Sales Distributor will be responsible for delivering products to retailers and key accounts across the Accra and Tema regions, ensuring high service standards and meeting sales targets in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute products to assigned outlets, retailers, and key accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain proper handling of fragile or perishable items and monitor stock levels at customer locations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals through promotion, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Plan and manage daily routes for efficient territory coverage and expand the distribution network.
• Track stock movement, manage inventory levels, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Handle cash and mobile payments, reconcile transactions, and ensure timely remittance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and product quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in sales or product distribution.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting retailer relationships.
• Knowledge of local transportation, road safety, and commercial regulations.
