Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our internal team and drive revenue growth for our HR services. Reporting to the Director, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and leverage existing networks to promote our offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Research, network and cold‑call to identify potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Deliver presentations and meetings to generate leads and promote HR services.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments.
• Provide market feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Represent the company at events and conferences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in HR consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and exceed targets.
• High level of professionalism, organization and time‑management.
• Passion for HR services and their value to organisations.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
