Sales Executive

About the role

Dougs Technologies is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Mankessim. You will be the front‑line contact for walk‑in and corporate customers, helping them choose the right computers, smartphones, accessories, and ICT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, assess their technology needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Present product features, prepare quotations and negotiate prices within company guidelines.
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads and existing accounts.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery, installation and after‑sales support.
• Support showroom merchandising, keep the display area organized and gather customer feedback.
• Participate in promotional activities and product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to explain technical products in simple terms.
• Basic understanding of computers, smartphones, accessories and ICT solutions, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using point‑of‑sale systems and basic office software (email, spreadsheets).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site in Mankessim, including weekends or extended hours when needed.
