Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive the adoption of digital education solutions across schools in the Accra and Tema region. You will act as the bridge between Computerlabs Ghana’s technology offerings and educational institutions, helping them improve learning outcomes through innovative tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage schools that can benefit from digital education platforms.
• Present program benefits to administrators, teachers and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education partners.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth adoption of digital tools.
• Coordinate or deliver training sessions for educators and students.
• Provide regular progress reports and feedback to enhance program impact.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; further studies in business, education or technology are advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for education and technology with a genuine interest in improving learning.
• Experience in sales, outreach or community engagement is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Comfortable networking with school leaders and decision‑makers.
• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with computers and internet tools.
