Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in the Greater Accra region, driving new business for Roots Hospitality International’s portfolio of hotels, serviced residences and luxury residential properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting solutions and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and individual client segments.
• Conduct sales presentations, property tours and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and reservations teams to guarantee a seamless guest and resident experience.
• Perform market research, attend networking events and report on sales performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and business‑development abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong customer‑relationship management, account handling and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities for diverse local and international clients.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads and proposals simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hospitality or real‑estate sales is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic data reporting for sales tracking.
