Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for a leading retail, fashion and FMCG company in Ghana. You will prospect new customers, nurture existing relationships and represent the brand at trade events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate prices, terms and contracts within company guidelines.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activity and emerging trends.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, finance and operations to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum three years (36 months) of relevant experience, preferably in field sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and make decisions independently.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
