Sales Manager – Ghana

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Ghana operations for Tiryaki Ghana Limited, part of the global Tiryaki Agro group. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our presence in the agricultural supply chain market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies for the Ghana market.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key and existing customers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and commercial offers.
• Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong experience in commercial planning, pricing, budget management, and P&L management.
• Analytical, strategic and results‑oriented mindset.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in team management and negotiation.
