About the role
Spectra Health is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead its Takoradi branch. The role drives business growth, develops strategic customer relationships and manages a high-performing sales team. It is a full-time position based in Takoradi, Ghana.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in sales growth, business development and team leadership.
- Added advantage: experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or related industries.
