Sales & Marketing Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive revenue for the hotel by maintaining existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with all hotel departments to deliver seamless experiences for guests and event clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing accounts while prospecting new clients through cold‑calling and networking.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and new business deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Accounting to fulfill guest requirements and event specifications.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, lost‑business analyses, and contribute to the overall market plan.
• Handle client complaints, follow up before, during, and after stays, and ensure repeat business.
• Research competitor activity and present findings at monthly sales meetings.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong English communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and operate both independently and as part of a team.
