Sales & Marketing Executive - Real Estate & Travel

About the role

A Ghanaian-based real estate agency and travel management company is looking for a detail-oriented, organized Sales and Marketing Executive with a background in real estate and travel. The role combines industry knowledge, creativity and strong networking skills to drive sales, raise brand visibility and build lasting client relationships. The position is based at Atlantic Towers, 7th Floor Airport City.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate and travel.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
• Build, manage and nurture client and partner relationships, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Source and list properties on digital platforms and work with the digital marketing team on engaging content.
• Partner with the travel consultant to develop and promote travel packages and destinations.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity, and recommend improvements.
• Convert leads and inquiries into sales, and accompany clients to property viewings.
• Network actively to expand the company's reach and client base.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate and/or travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian real estate and travel industries.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong professional network and established relationships in Ghana.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
