About the role
The AI Group of Companies is hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Lead for a group-wide position covering AI Construction and La Mere Crescent in Ghana. The role drives revenue growth, develops strategic client relationships and strengthens the commercial presence of both businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing strategy across both businesses
- Drive business development, strategic partnerships and new client acquisition
- Manage client relationships, pricing, proposals and negotiations
- Strengthen brand positioning, digital presence and marketing campaigns
- Track sales pipelines, revenue targets and commercial performance
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
- At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales, marketing and business development
- Experience in construction and logistics/freight is an added advantage
- Strong commercial awareness, relationship management and business development capabilities
