Business Development Officer

About the role

Modern Estate Developers Ltd., a real estate company offering land sales, residential and commercial construction, facility management and brokerage, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer in Tema. The role identifies and pursues new business, builds and maintains client relationships and supports the expansion of the company's real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and follow up on leads to close deals.
• Conduct market research and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate client meetings and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams so that business development strategies align with operational and financial goals.

Required profile

• Strong new business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity evaluation and deal closing.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret market trends, financial data and performance metrics.
• Foundational finance skills to understand pricing models, budgets and investment returns.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, presentations and internal collaboration.
• Strong customer service skills to build long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property development or a related industry is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Tema, manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
