Sales Representative - Accra

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to expand Etihad Airways’ footprint in Ghana. The role is hands‑on, managing a portfolio of travel‑trade and corporate customers across Accra and the Tema region, and turning market opportunities into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and commercial targets for assigned accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing travel agencies and corporate clients while prospecting new business.
• Analyse market trends, customer potential and competitor activity to identify high‑value opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and drive opportunities from initial contact to closed sale.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that balance customer needs with Etihad’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Etihad partners to craft tailored customer solutions.
• Communicate Etihad products, services and promotions, and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data and market insights.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Experience in airline or broader travel industry is strongly preferred.
