Sales Representative – Education Services

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join its Accra office. You will be the front‑line contact for schools, families and partner organisations, promoting the company’s mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads across schools, families and partner networks.
• Deliver sales presentations and consultations, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales pipeline and CRM system.
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to adapt offerings.
• Participate in outreach events, trade shows and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong communication, listening and negotiation abilities.
• Proven prospecting, lead qualification and closing experience, preferably in education or service sectors.
• Ability to explain mentorship, tour and scholarship programmes to diverse audiences.
• Organised, able to manage multiple prospects and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Accra and travel to schools and events.
• Relevant post‑secondary education in business, marketing, education or related field is preferred.

Required skills

• CRM or sales‑tracking system proficiency.
