Sales Representative (Full-time, Accra)

About the role

The Sales Representative will join YENIQUE PRIX ENTERPRISE’s dynamic team in Accra, driving revenue growth through proactive client outreach and relationship management. This full-time, on-site position focuses on expanding the company’s customer base and supporting its mission of empowering women-led businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and qualify potential clients across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform sales approaches.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry gatherings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Required profile

• Proven ability in sales, negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret market data.
• Organised with effective time-management capabilities.
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in retail, B2B or similar sectors is an advantage.
