Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will work on the shop floor, engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote the range of products offered. This role requires maintaining a clean and well‑stocked environment while delivering excellent service to both existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and stay abreast of their requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all products and services.
• Ensure the shop premises are clean and equipment functions properly, reporting any issues promptly.
• Replenish shelves regularly to keep the shop floor stocked.
• Comply with company policies on security, fund handling, and record keeping.
• Conduct frequent inventory checks and report any concerns.
• Stay informed about current sales trends and best practices.
• Present, promote, and sell products to customers.
• Maintain contact lists and follow up to nurture customer relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.

Required profile

• SHS graduate or Diploma.
• Two to three years of experience in a similar sales position.
• Proficiency in English communication and negotiation.
• Strong time‑management and planning skills.
