Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive enrollment for Enlace Education Services’ mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support. Based in Accra, you will work on‑site to connect with schools, families and community partners, promoting the company’s learning‑focused services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads across schools, families and partner organisations.
• Deliver presentations and information sessions that explain program benefits, pricing and enrollment processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ensure smooth onboarding of new participants.
• Maintain strong client relationships, respond to inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
• Track sales activities, keep CRM records up‑to‑date and prepare basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with program and marketing teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in education or service sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, with good time‑management and record‑keeping habits.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and common office software.
• Interest in education services, mentorship and experiential learning.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, conduct in‑person visits and travel locally as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
