Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell Eskay Therapeutics’ products across the Accra and Tema region. The role involves building relationships with retailers, wholesalers and institutions, driving product penetration and ensuring timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to assigned customers, including retailers, wholesalers and institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the territory.
• Manage customer relationships, ensure timely payment collection and resolve escalations.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, conduct detailing, sampling and educate customers on storage.
• Gather market intelligence, report competitor activities and provide feedback for pricing and product development.
• Coordinate tender participation, prepare documentation and follow up on outcomes.
• Monitor out‑of‑stock and pending orders, communicate status to customers and expedite restocking.
• Oversee order delivery, verify documentation and address any delivery issues.
• Submit daily visit reports, sales summaries and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Plan and execute territory visits to optimise coverage and product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
• Ability to travel within the Accra and Tema region and manage a sales territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service.
