Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Accra. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue for our manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Accra and Tema region.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects, conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms.
• Prepare proposals, follow‑up with clients and close deals.
• Track sales performance, update CRM records and provide regular forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Support promotional activities and provide market feedback to improve brand visibility.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
