Sales Representative – Multiple Regions

About the role
Medisoft, a reputable producer of soap and related products, is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to cover the Volta, Northern, Central and Eastern regions of Ghana. The role involves promoting the company’s product range, building relationships with retailers and achieving sales targets across the assigned territories.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in the designated regions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collect market feedback and report on competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Required profile
- HND qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or sales promotion.
- Residency in the respective regional capital is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
