About the role

The State Bank of India (SBI) is hiring Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) across multiple circles in India for its 2026 Clerk recruitment drive. Selected candidates will join the bank’s frontline team, providing banking services to customers and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in person, over phone, or via digital channels.

Required profile
