School Principal – Leadership Role

About the role

RAHA International School is seeking an experienced School Principal to lead the institution and drive its strategic vision. The Principal will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality teaching, and foster a safe, supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall managerial leadership, monitoring and improving performance across teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with all departments to prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors.
• Maintain focus on learner development, discipline, and academic outcomes.
• Strengthen teaching quality, improve school management efficiency, and raise the school’s profile.
• Evaluate teachers weekly/term‑wise and conduct periodic staff assessments.
• Build strong relationships with families, students, and staff to support instructional priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Bachelor of Education is mandatory.
• Post‑graduate degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in the education sector, preferably in a management role.
• IT‑savvy with strong communication, public‑relations, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated focus on improving student academic performance and maintaining a safe, disciplined environment.
