Senior Architect – High‑Rise Residential Projects (Expat)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our Real Estate Development team. Working alongside an existing Senior Architect, you will contribute to the design, coordination, and delivery of high‑rise residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Real Estate Development, Head of Construction and project teams to develop practical, cost‑effective design solutions.
• Lead and coordinate architectural design from concept through construction documentation and execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications and design documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and approvals.
• Review and recommend building materials, finishes and design solutions that deliver quality and value for money.
• Ensure effective integration of architectural, structural and MEP designs.
• Provide technical guidance on design, construction methods and applicable building codes.
• Support procurement by identifying suitable materials and value‑engineering opportunities.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to continuous improvement of the architecture team.
• Stay abreast of emerging architectural trends, technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered architect with the relevant professional body.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in real‑estate development or construction.
• Proven experience delivering projects from concept through completion.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations, construction methods and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Leadership, mentoring ability and strong communication skills.
