Senior Business Transformation Manager

About the role

M‑KOPA Ghana is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager to act as the analytical engine and strategic advisor for the business. Reporting to the Head of Business Management, you will shape critical decisions that drive financial progress for everyday earners across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Business Management and GM on strategic initiatives such as market expansion, product launches and partnership evaluation.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence, tracking emerging competitors and recommending defensive and offensive moves.
• Lead business case development for new products, partnerships and expansion projects.
• Own pricing strategy, margin analysis and revenue modelling for smartphone financing and emerging product portfolios.
• Monitor partnership performance, build scorecards and KPIs for telcos, OEMs, retail chains and dealer networks.
• Build and maintain the analytical foundation for the company, including dashboards, KPI frameworks and a data‑driven decision‑making culture.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in analytics, strategic planning and commercial strategy.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Experience leading a Business Intelligence team or similar function.
