Senior Drupal Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Drupal Developer with strong full‑stack experience to join our team in Kumasi. The role combines custom theming, plugin development, and front‑end implementation while working closely with designers and product owners to deliver high‑quality web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Drupal themes and modules.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers using Figma to translate designs into functional code.
• Provide accurate estimations, technical architecture, and lead code reviews.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in testing and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Drupal custom theme and plugin development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including vanilla JS and modern frameworks such as React 18+ or Angular 14+.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (2‑3 days onsite).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
