Senior Electrician

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Electrician to lead our on‑site electrical team. In this position you will oversee the maintenance of electrical equipment, guide fellow electricians, and ensure safe, reliable operations within a factory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the on‑site electrical equipment maintenance program.
- Guide and supervise electricians during maintenance and repair tasks.
- Train team members on best practices and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.
Required profile
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
- Extensive experience as a low‑voltage electrician in industrial settings.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with low‑voltage electrical components.
- Ability to perform motor wiring and installation independently.
- Experience installing and configuring frequency converters.
