Senior IT Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Technical Support professional to design, implement and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves managing servers, networks, storage systems and ensuring optimal performance, security and availability across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and maintain server, network and storage infrastructure to support business needs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of IT systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies and documentation.
• Evaluate, recommend and integrate new technologies, software and hardware.
• Design and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT solutions with organizational requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and propose continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a factory or industrial environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Process‑oriented mindset with ITIL knowledge.
• Proactive in identifying recurring issues and implementing fixes.
• Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Project management experience to lead IT initiatives.
