Senior Oracle Developer

About the role

The Senior Oracle Developer will design, develop and optimise Oracle‑based applications and databases that underpin identity management and secure card solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers and functions.
• Model, tune and optimise relational database structures for high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts and project managers to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex database issues and implement security, backup and recovery best practices.
• Support deployment activities and produce documentation to satisfy compliance and audit standards.
• Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience developing business solutions in Oracle production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, collaboration and communication skills.
• High personal integrity and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
