About the role
The AI Red‑Teaming Specialist will investigate hard‑to‑find facts, verify information through credible sources, and design challenging research tasks to evaluate AI models. This short‑term contract role is fully remote and requires 10‑40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate obscure facts and verify them using credible, primary sources.
- Design and author benchmark prompts that test AI model search, reasoning, and answer accuracy.
- Execute AI model outputs, analyze search trajectories, and identify reasoning failures.
- Write clear benchmark tasks and provide accurate, source‑backed answer keys.
Required profile
- Strong experience in investigative research, fact‑checking, AI benchmark authoring, red‑teaming, or technical QA.
- Familiarity with AI benchmarks such as GAIA, BrowseComp, SimpleQA, SWE‑bench, Terminal‑Bench, or Humanity’s Last Exam.
- Excellent web research and OSINT skills, including use of academic archives, local records, and specialized databases.
