About the role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead cost management activities across construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and variations.
- Prepare interim valuations and payment certificates.
- Manage contractual documentation and cost reporting.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients.
Required profile
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction cost management.
