About the role
The Service Administrator will oversee work‑in‑process and financial performance, ensuring jobs meet cost and aging targets. This role also manages contract administration, invoicing and procurement coordination to support profitable service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage work‑in‑progress (WIP) to keep costs and aging within targets.
- Review jobs for accurate cost allocation and liaise with customers and internal accounts.
- Oversee contract administration, purchase order follow‑up and monthly invoicing.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for invoice processing and audit support.
- Coordinate with procurement to source materials, equipment and services on time.
- Lead job creation, administration and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Facilitate team meetings, communicate operational updates and promote best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Mechanical/Electrical/Agricultural Engineering.
- At least 4 years post‑qualification experience in mining engineering or construction.
- Location: Tarkwa, Ghana.
