Senior Sales Manager – Display & Audio Ads (Ghana)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the growth of display and audio advertising on the Boomplay platform within the Ghana market. You will own a portfolio of key clients, drive revenue, and ensure that each campaign meets the brand objectives of our advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively expand and maintain a portfolio of key clients, targeting a minimum monthly ad spend of $10,000 on Boomplay.
• Understand client brand goals and provide strategic marketing recommendations to boost market presence and awareness.
• Develop complete proposals that align client objectives with Boomplay’s platform advantages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver optimisation advice.
• Conduct regular market analysis to uncover new opportunities and keep Boomplay competitive in digital advertising.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of agency experience with existing key client relationships in Ghana.
• Strong grasp of brand marketing and ability to craft effective advertising solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and independent client‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional local language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for client follow‑up, record‑keeping and reporting.
