Senior Sales Representative – Kumasi, Ghana

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive sales of pump and related solutions for the mining sector in Kumasi, Ghana. This is a direct‑hire, long‑term position within an internationally expanding company that specializes in mining equipment and spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in pump equipment and related processes to design customized solutions that improve customer profitability.
• Develop and maintain independent customer relationships, identify needs, and advance the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal technical and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely solution delivery and high service quality.
• Monitor market trends and provide frontline feedback to shape product and business strategies.

Required profile

• Work experience with mining equipment companies such as Weir, Metso, or similar.
• Familiarity with at least two mineral‑processing equipment types (e.g., slurry pumps, crushers, filters) and their process flows.
• Local experience in Ghana’s mining or mineral‑processing industry, with knowledge of the customer landscape and market dynamics in Kumasi and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and building trusted relationships.
• A technical background or experience in application‑solution design is a plus.
