Senior Sales Representative – Mining Equipment (Kumasi)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Sales Representatives to join our mining equipment business in Kumasi, Ghana. The role focuses on promoting and selling pump solutions and related equipment to local mining and mineral‑processing customers, offering a stable, direct‑hire position with long‑term growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and design customized pump and equipment solutions that improve profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mining operators, contractors and distributors.
• Work independently to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Coordinate with internal technical, supply‑chain and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
• Monitor market trends, gather frontline feedback and contribute to product and business strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the mining equipment sector, preferably with companies such as Weir or Metso.
• Knowledge of at least two mineral‑processing equipment types (e.g., slurry pumps, crushers, filters).
• Hands‑on experience in the Ghanaian mining market, especially around Kumasi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working autonomously.
• Technical background or experience in application solution design is a plus.
