Senior Specialist - Orthopedics and Spine

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Orthopedics and Spine to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, collaborating with attending physicians, and contributing to the education of junior staff within a leading healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with granted privileges, institutional policies, and established standards of care.
• Document all clinical activities following the organization’s documentation procedures.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive measures, working closely with the attending physician for in‑patient care.
• Perform or assist in medical and surgical procedures within the scope of granted privileges.
• Prepare and deliver medical reports promptly, adhering to the required format.
• Participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities, and the training of junior colleagues.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and uphold the organization’s person‑centered care values.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or fellowship‑trained in Orthopedics and Spine, with completion of required clinical experience in recognized medical centers.
• Valid practice license issued by the relevant regional health authority (e.g., SCFHS, DHA) and current BLS certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to work effectively in high‑stress environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.
