Server Integration Specialist & Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a Server Integration Specialist & Technical Support professional to join our team in Accra. The role involves deploying, configuring and maintaining Windows Server systems, managing VMware environments and providing day‑to‑day technical support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 systems.
• Manage and optimise VMware vCenter and ESXi environments, including deployment, clustering and troubleshooting.
• Implement and administer Veeam Backup & Replication for data protection and disaster recovery.
• Integrate server solutions with existing IT ecosystems ensuring performance, security and scalability.
• Collaborate with software development teams to support application deployment and debugging.
• Monitor system health, proactively resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Document system configurations, processes and integration workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in server administration and integration.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Proven experience with VMware vCenter and ESXi deployment, clustering and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Veeam backup and recovery solutions.
• Understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS) and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
