Shop Attendant – Multiple Locations (Teshie, Spintex, Nungua)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Shop Attendants to join our retail team across three locations in the Greater Accra Region. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, resolve complaints, and provide a positive store experience.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, conduct regular inventory checks and reduce shrinkage.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store attractive and organized.
• Handle cash transactions, manage the store budget, track expenses and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and keep the store clean and orderly.
• Prepare regular reports on store performance, employee progress and inventory status.

Required profile

• Education: Senior High School certificate or Diploma.
• 2‑3 years of experience in retail or customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work at any of the three locations: Teshie, Spintex or Nungua.

Required skills

• Proficiency in retail management software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
