Shop Manager

About the role

The Shop Manager will lead the overall performance, operations, and profitability of three automotive and retail service shop branches, two in Accra and one outside the capital. This role demands strong leadership, operational oversight, sales management, inventory control, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three shop branches, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Drive sales performance for tire sales, wheel alignment, balancing, repairs and related services, setting and tracking monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage inventory of tires and spare parts, maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating orders, and negotiating with suppliers.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate branch supervisors, sales staff, and technicians; handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, and build long‑term relationships with fleet clients and key accounts.
• Monitor branch expenses, cash handling, and financial reporting; assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all workshops.
