Showroom Sales Associate

About the role

Sleepio is looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associate to join its retail team in Kumasi. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover products that improve sleep and wellness while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, offering product guidance and demonstrations.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handle phone inquiries and online orders, and coordinate with the delivery team.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Stay updated on product information, promotions, and provide feedback to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and support any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying hours.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
