Site Manager – Construction & Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead construction and real‑estate projects from planning through delivery in East Legon, Accra. The role involves overseeing all project phases, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of construction and real‑estate projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and environmental standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on status, budget and timelines.
• Manage client relationships, providing clear communication and exceeding expectations.
• Lead project meetings to keep all team members aligned and informed.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large‑scale construction and real‑estate projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In‑depth understanding of budgets, contracts and scheduling.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
