Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the development and execution of our social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to create compelling content that supports product launches, events and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
• Create, schedule and publish high‑quality content on all platforms.
• Design graphics, banners and flyers using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or CorelDRAW.
• Manage company accounts, responding promptly to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Analyze performance data and produce regular reports with improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, events and product launches.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and stays current with digital marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or CorelDRAW.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X (Twitter).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting is a plus.
