Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to enhance Keda Ghana Ceramics’ online presence. You will develop engaging content, manage campaigns across multiple platforms, and collaborate with internal teams to showcase our products and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and publish content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create text, image and video posts that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor trends, track engagement and analyse performance using analytics tools.
• Work with Sales, HR and Production to source news, updates and success stories.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture the online community.
• Support the design and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Assist internal communication initiatives to boost employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
