Nami Beauty is looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Spa Host to join our team in Accra. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every visit feels welcoming, seamless, and luxurious.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, creating a warm first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling and handle client inquiries through phone or in‑person.
• Maintain the spa’s ambiance, ensuring cleanliness and a relaxing atmosphere.
• Support sales by promoting spa services and retail products.
• Anticipate client needs and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in sales or a proven ability to upsell services.
• Basic understanding of hospitality and spa best practices.
• Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
