Specialist - Business Development

About the role

You will help implement the Association's customer engagement strategy in Ghana, building relationships with educational and corporate institutions to drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Associate Director – Ghana, you will work in a hybrid remote/in‑office model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with tertiary institutions, aligning their syllabus with the CIMA curriculum.
• Promote the academic pathway and the PCGs (Promote Competency Globally) programme to academics.
• Seek collaborations with business schools to sell and teach the CIMA qualification.
• Drive uptake of the Certificate in Business Accounting and Finance Leadership Programme among school leavers.
• Deliver face‑to‑face presentations at tertiary and corporate institutions.
• Provide multi‑channel support to prospective and existing customers.
• Manage enquiries, share information about CIMA qualifications, and stay updated on relevant changes.
• Run pre‑ and post‑exam encouragement campaigns and support student acquisition targets.
• Plan and coordinate branch and office events.

Required profile

• Degree or business qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
