Stock Controller – Manufacturing (Ghana)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to oversee inventory operations for a leading manufacturing company in Ghana. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material movement, and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, Tally, or other ERP systems.
• Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material movement.
• Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, stock transfers, and inventory transactions.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
• Good command of English communication.
