Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of raw materials, finished goods and inventory. The role involves coordinating with production, purchasing, sales and logistics teams to maintain smooth flow and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing and dispatching materials.
• Oversee raw materials, finished goods and overall inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics departments.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards for warehouse organization.
• Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages, damages and obsolete inventory.
• Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company procedures.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse operation reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
